Technical failure of the equipment
Includes failure of subsurface equipments, surface equipment (eg. heat exchangers,valves, pipes) and other elements of the surface infrastructure. The failure can lead to a prolonged breakdown and other downtime; a severe scenario is when frost provokes the failure, and the plant is not able to provide heat to customers.
